1 - We clean and sanitize all points of contact: switches, sockets, locks, handles, door knobs, air and TV controls, TV screens, chairs, sanitary ware, etc.
2 - Once the apartments have been cleaned and sanitized, guests must have a pair of slippers (Hawaiian or other) to wear inside their unit. Shoes worn in the common areas can be left on the balcony or inside the room in a plastic bag.
3 - The common areas are cleaned daily.
4 - The staff (chambermaids) are only authorized to enter the apartments to clean and change clothes when requested by the guest. If you wish to change your towels, please leave them on the balcony table.
5 - Breakfast will be served buffet or a la carte from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
6 - There are dispensers stocked with 70% alcohol for hand hygiene at strategic points. There are amenities in the apartments, including good quality soap.
7 - Each guest will receive 1 pool towel if they wish.
