Privacy policy and protection of personal data

Please read these hotel guest privacy policies carefully before providing Your "Personal Information", i.e. any information collected and recorded in any format that personally identifies You, either directly (e.g. name) or indirectly (e.g. telephone number).

The hotel's guest privacy policies form part of the terms and conditions governing the hotel's services. By accepting these terms and conditions You are expressly accepting the hotel's guest privacy policies.

The hotel's guest privacy policies apply to:

a. All the data processing implemented by the hotel.

b. This hotel's entire website, landing page, booking engine and even social media.

1. In compliance with Law 13709/2018 on the protection and processing of personal data, the hotel informs the User of its web pages that the data provided through the same by means of the corresponding forms or emails received and which are considered to be personal data are provided on an absolutely voluntary basis and without their absence implying a loss in the quality of the services provided, unless otherwise indicated.

Personal data

As a hotel guest, you will be asked at various times to provide personal information about yourself and your companions, such as:

Contact information, e.g. name, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, zip code, etc;
Other personal details: date of birth, nationality;
Information about the children: name, date of birth and age;
Credit card information (only in transactional systems)
Loyalty program membership card numbers;
Dates of arrival and departure/visit from our hotel;
Preferences and interests, such as smoking or non-smoking rooms, favorite room location (low floor, high floor, etc.), type of bed, favorite newspaper, cultural and sporting interests;
Any questions or comments you may have during or after your stay at our hotel.

In addition, depending on applicable law, data other than the above may also be considered confidential: credit card number, leisure habits, hobbies and personal activities, cultural habits, indication of whether you are a smoker or non-smoker, etc. However, it may be necessary to collect this data that is considered confidential in order to fulfill your request or offer you specific services, such as a specific diet or resources for disabled access.

2. This data will be incorporated into an automated database for which the hotel is responsible in accordance with the law.

3. The User consents to and considers himself to be informed of the processing and use of his data by means of automatic systems for the purpose of being able to respond to his request for information, manage the dissemination of audiovisual and graphic material sent and, if applicable, the existing contractual relationship, as well as to keep him informed of products, services and the programming calendar, as well as all the hotel's activities.

We strive to provide You with the best possible quality of service. We will use your personal information for the following purposes:

a. Manage your reservations:

Book the requested accommodation;
Establish and maintain business records and meet financial requirements;
Carrying out internal administrative processes; including managing a list of undesirable guests, what happens in the event of non-payment of the rate, inappropriate behavior, etc.
b. Managing your stay at the hotel:

Control consumption (telephone, bar, Internet, pay TV...);
Access rooms.
c. Improve hospitality, including:

Process your personal information in the customer relationship management program;

4. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

Also, in the event that you make personal data belonging to third parties available to us, you must be duly authorized, and you must expressly inform the holders of said data of the rights and/or obligations contained herein, acknowledging the veracity, accuracy, validity, updating and authenticity of said Data.

5. Users are also informed of the possibility of exercising the rights granted to them under current law, i.e. the right to information, access, rectification, deletion and opposition to their data.

6. The hotel does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, except for the name, date of birth and nationality provided directly by an adult on behalf of the child or with the adult's permission. Make sure that your children do not provide us with personal information without your consent, such as online. If you think your child has sent us personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

7. The Hotel guarantees that it has adopted the necessary and legally required security measures within its facilities, systems and files in order to also guarantee the security of the files in which the personal data is incorporated, preventing their loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.

8. However, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the User is aware of the possibility that the security of electronic communications is not invulnerable.

9. Nevertheless, the hotel will disclose to the competent public authorities personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems that is required in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

10. The user expressly consents that their data may be transferred for the purposes referred to in the first paragraph or to others with which the hotel has concluded collaboration agreements and/or to the providers of the same.

11. Nevertheless, You have the right to access, change or delete Your Personal Information. You may also refuse the processing of your personal information in accordance with the hotel's guest privacy policies if you have justifiable grounds. However, please note that if you do so, in certain circumstances, it is possible that we will be unable to offer the requested service and you do not wish this processing to be carried out, you can communicate your wish to our physical address, until such time as this is communicated to the hotel you understand that consent is granted.

12. These hotel guest privacy policies may be updated from time to time, as indicated below. We therefore ask you to read the privacy policies regularly and whenever you make a reservation at one of our hotels.
