The culinary tour starts in the morning with a buffet full of fresh fruit, natural juices and delicious local delicacies, both sweet and savory; after breakfast we can serve a variety of tasty snacks on the pool deck or at the beach kiosks to accompany your sunbathing.
Our restaurant "Color of the Jambo" is available for lunch and dinner and is already known for its dishes inspired by regional cuisine, with an emphasis on fish and seafood.
Those who prefer meats and pastas won't regret it either; everything can be accompanied by well-curated drinks of all kinds, including a well-assorted menu of Argentinian, Chilean and Brazilian wines, including award-winning Bahian wines, the only ones in the world produced at latitude 8º.
